Sharma Moriarty has been licensed to serve the great people of Texas through the practice of law since 2013. Her primary practice area is elder law which encompasses many different aspects of the law that come in to play specifically during the second half of life. Her practice includes estate planning, public benefits planning (long-term care, Medicaid planning, and VA planning), as well as probate and trust administration.
Sharma is a Christian attorney who sees the practice of law as her way of serving God and others. She graduated from Regent University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership & Management in 2010 and from Regent University School of Law in 2013. Sharma is an accredited attorney with the Veterans Administration, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and a member of the Texas Chapter of NAELA.
Sharma's life has been a walk of faith which resulted in her opening her own law practice in 2018. Sharma and her team are now positioned to help families of West Texas in most facets of elder law.

Consultation
Your consultation will be with Sharma. She will get to know your family and financial situation and goals. She will also be available to answer any questions that you might have about the process. Sharma will then design a plan to meet your needs.
